Synopsis

This series features the many stories of a bourgeois Montreal family: the Delisles.

Father Henri is a civil engineer with a comfortable salary and high social status. He's a good man, a little weak, married to an extremely emotional woman. They have three children: Hélène, a sensitive but healthy and well-balanced young girl; Paul, a serious schoolboy determined to follow in his father's footsteps; and Louis, a cunning and deceitful university student ready to do anything, even blackmail his father, to get the money he constantly needs.

Living with this family, Albert has become the prototype of the sympathetic, intelligent uncle who always keeps a cool head in the midst of the worst conflicts.
