The 2020–21 Dallas Mavericks season was the 41st season of the franchise in the
Los Angeles Clippers for the second consecutive season in seven games.[2]
Following the season on June 17, 2021, long time head coach Rick Carlisle resigned from his position as head coach after 13 seasons and leading the team to a championship in 2011.[3][4]
