    • Two supreme decrees issued during the Áñez government promoting members of the armed forces are declared unconstitutional by the Plurinational Constitutional Court due to their lack of ratification by the Senate.[54]

    • The virtual trial of Jeanine Áñez is reinitiated without further postponements. The National Press Association denounces that media outlets were barred from witnessing the proceedings.[55]
