Alva Edison Liles (March 6, 1956 – January 7, 1998) was an

Early life and education
Liles was a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.[1] He played football at Sacramento High School in Sacramento, California, graduating in 1974.[1] He played college football at Boise State University, as an offensive guard.[1]
Career
Liles played with the now-defunct Sacramento Buffalos, before going on to play in the NFL.Washington Redskins.[1] He was a member of the Oakland Raiders team that won Super Bowl XV.[citation needed]
Following his career in the NFL, he was a defensive end for the Oakland Invaders of the United States Football League (USFL).[1]
