Armenia is a full member of the OSCE having signed the

Armenia maintains a permanent representative to the OSCE based in Vienna, Austria. As of 11 January 2019, the head of the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the OSCE is Armen Papikyan, who is also the Ambassador of Armenia to Austria and Slovakia.[5]
OSCE Parliamentary Assembly
Armenia is represented in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA) through its delegation, often nominated by the Prime Minister of Armenia and the National Assembly. The current head of Armenia's delegation to the OSCE PA is Eduard Aghajanyan.[6]
OSCE Minsk Group
Since February 1992, the peaceful, negotiated resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been a main focus of the OSCE in accordance with the principles of the organization. For this purpose, the OSCE Minsk Group was created in March 1992 to encourage dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh. The Minsk Group is headed by a co-chairmanship consisting of France, Russia, and the United States. Furthermore, the Minsk Group also includes the participating states of Belarus, Finland, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Turkey as well as Armenia and Azerbaijan.[7]
