Brainware University is a

West Bengal Legislature. It is part of the Brainware Group of Institutions.[2][3][4]
Brainware University,[5] recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC),[2] India, is a state unitary university with the right to confer degrees as per Section 22(1) of the UGC Act, 1956.
