Cornelis "Cees" Berkhouwer (Dutch pronunciation: [kɔrˈneːlɪz ˈbɛr(ə)kˌɦʌuər], 19 March 1919, Alkmaar – 5 October 1992, Alkmaar) was a Dutch politician.
