Dandeniya Hemachandra de Silva (5 November 1932 - 25 April 2014) was a Sri Lankan cricketer and senior local government official.[1]

Commonly known as D.H. de Silva, he was educated at

Ceylon in 1969 and State Services in 1973.[2]

D.H. de Silva worked as the Charity Commissioner of the

Melbourne, Australia, at the age of 82.[1]
