Doubtnut is an Indian educational app started by Tanushree Nagori and Aditya Shankar. Doubtnut is available as an Android application on Play Store or by accessing its official website.[1]

On December 4, 2023, Allen Career Institute acquired Doubtnut for US$10 million.[3][4]

Operation

The platform uses

Funding

In 2019,

$15 million in Series A round of funding from Tencent Holdings, and existing investors Sequoia Capital and Omidyar Network India.[7][8]

In 2022, the company secured 224 crore in Series B funding, with SIG and Lupa Systems leading the investment. Existing investors, including Sequoia Capital India, Omidyar Network India, and Waterbridge Ventures, also participated in the round.[9]
