AIR Media-Tech, also known as AIR, is an international company that offers services for digital-first content creators and brands. The company is founded by Ukrainians Sergii Bielousov and Stepan Mikhaylov in 2010.[1]

AIR Media-Tech partners with such YouTube creators as Kids Diana Show[2], Lady Diana[3], Vania Mania Kids[4], Heidi and Zidane HZHtube[5]. AIR has been a YouTube Certified partner since 2011[6] and has been working with TikTok since 2019.[7]

History

AIR Media-Tech was founded in 2010 by Ukrainians Sergii Bielousov and Stepan Mikhaylov as a platform for

distributing video content.[8]

In 2011, AIR became a certified YouTube partner and transformed itself into a multichannel network.

In 2015, the company launched a strategic influencer marketing agency in Ukraine — AIR Brands.[9]

In 2016, the

video blogging academy known as AIR Academy was founded.[10]

In 2016, AIR launched VideoZhara, a festival for YouTubers and fans.[11] In the same year, VideoZhara for Brands, a specialized conference for marketing and digital communication professionals, was also launched.[12]

AIR reached one hundred billion views in its network in September 2017.[13]

In 2019, the company started partnering with TikTok and offering its partner creators services related to this platform.[14]

In 2020, AIR transformed itself from an MCN (multichannel network) into the comprehensive ecosystem of services for development and additional monetization of content creators on digital platforms.

In 2020, the company launched AIR Influencer MeetUps, a series of webinars and online meetings on relevant topics related to video platform development.[15]

In 2022, AIR Media-Tech acquired ScaleLab, the

U.S. company known for its past collaborations with creators such as Jake Paul, MrBeast, and Erika Costell.[16]

In 2022, the company announced a strategic partnership with Vidby, an AI-powered translation service, to make content translation and localization services more accessible to YouTube creators.[17]

In December 2022, AIR Media-Tech announced a strategic partnership with Gyre, a continuous streaming service.[18]

In January 2023, AIR, together with its subsidiaries and partners in its network, reached one trillion views on YouTube.[19]

In June 2023, AIR Media-Tech launched a project called “Brave Voices for Ukraine.” This initiative aims to maintain attention on Ukraine through engaging content on social media platforms.[20]

AIR Creators Ecosystem works directly with YouTube, Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.

The ecosystem comprises more than 50 services for content creators aimed at to promoting content and increasing their revenue on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch. Among the key products are tools for audience growth, content translation and localization[1], additional monetization opportunities, cross-platform distribution, fintech solutions, etc.

AIR also offers support designed to solve technical issues related to copyright infringement, content placement, moderation, blocking and promotion, artist support, distribution, and promotion of music content on YouTube, Spotify, Shazam, and Apple Music.

AIR Brands

AIR Brands is an influencer marketing agency that helps brands solve their problems on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Likee. Key services include creator collaborations, video production, and turnkey channel management for brands.

The agency's portfolio includes such brands as Mastercard, Suzuki, Panasonic, Comfy, and Intertop.[2]
