Present product range of ECIL includes:

- Space sector: ECIL manufacturers Radio telescopes such as MACE.
- Light Combat Aircraft; Detection and pre-detonation of explosive devices; Jammerswith direction finding abilities.
- Medical Sector: Medical equipment such as Ultra Sound Scanning Machine, Autoclave with Dressing Drum and Fetal Doppler.[5]
