Elisabeth Berge (27 November 1954 – 12 April 2020) was a Norwegian businessperson and civil servant.

She graduated with the

Statoil from 1990 to 2004, since 2001 as chief of communications. In 2004 she was appointed permanent under-secretary of State in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.[1][2]

She was a member of the board of Statnett from 1992 to 2000 and the Kavli Foundation from 1999 to 2004.[1] She died in 2020.[3]
