Elnorita Pamaran Tugung (September 20, 1939 – December 8, 2019) was a Filipino politician who served as Lupon Chairman of the nominal autonomous region of Western Mindanao (Region IX).[2] She was also a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines for Basilan's lone district from 1992 to 1995.
She was appointed chairman of the region in 1986 by President
Ulbert Ulama Tugung was assassinated.[2]
Tugung died in 2019 aged 80.[3][4]
