The Wolseley 24/80 was produced by BMC Australia, The Mk I 24/80 was based on the English 15/60 but the Aussie car got a 6 cylinder engine, also closely related was the Australian Austin Freeway.
The Mk I was built from 1962-64. It featured taller tail fins than the 1964-65 Mk II.
The Wolseley got a more luxurious interior than its cousins; the Morris Oxford Series V and Austin Cambridge A55 Mk II. The other cousins, the MG Magnette Mk III got twin carbs and the Riley 4/68 not only got twin carbs, but the Wolseley luxury interior as well.
