Русский: Почтовая марка России. На марке изображён портрет Владимира Юльевича Визе (1886—1954), полярного исследователя. В центре — ледокол «Литке», что в 1934 году впервые проплыл по всему Северному морскому пути за одну навигацию с востока на запад. На переднем плане — полярная станция в бухте Тихой в архипелаге Земля Франца-Иосифа, где В. Ю. Визе работал в составе экспедиции Г. Я. Седова. Вверху — карта с обозначением Северного морского пути.
