| Purpose of use |
To provide visual identification of the subject of Ponce Carnival article on the English Wikipedia. With the event name clearly visible, the image illustrates the event in a manner otherwise impossible by a free image. Context and caption make it clear that this is an image of only the front side alone and only for one season alone (2011). It is thus not likely to be confused with a future event, and as such it does not infringe upon the commercial value of the copyright held by municipal government or the artist.
