Summary

Description
English: Part of the archangel window in the parish church of St Mary Magdalene, Mortehoe, Devon. The window unusually spans a 45 degree angle between nave and south transept chantry chapel allowing the congregation in the nave to see the chantry mass. The four windows designed by Oxford Slade Professor Selwyn Image represent the archangels Michael, Uriel, Raphael and Gabriel; donated by Dr GB Longstaff in memory of his wife Maria.
