Description
English: German poster in occupied Poland (from October 1943), announces coming into force the “Law on counteracting the attempts to jeopardize German Reconstruction Plan in General Gouvernment”. According to this law all such “attempts” were punishable by death. This Law was issued by general governor Hans Frank. The poster is signed by Higher SS and Police Leader in General Gouvernment.
Polski: Niemieckie obwieszczenie z października 1943, informujące o wejściu w życie rozporządzenia generalnego gubernatora Hansa Franka „o zwalczaniu zamachów na niemieckie dzieło odbudowy w Generalnym Gubernatorstwie”. Obwieszczenie informuje, iż wszelkiego tego typu zamachy podlegają karze śmierci, “podżegacze i pomocnicy podlegają karze jak sprawca“, a “czyn usiłowany jest karalny tak jak czyn dokonany“. Obwieszczenie podpisane przez Wyższego Dowódcę SS i Policji w GG.
