Description
English: Arkansas observed its 100th anniversary of statehood ending its territorial status with a 3-cent stamp on June 15, 1936. The central vignette features the Old State House in Little Rock. It is flanked by Arkansas Post, the first European settlement in Arkansas by the French, and the first Arkansas State Capitol.
