All set against a white background. image: a depiction of five African soldiers attacking a group of Japanese soldiers in a clearing in the jungle. Three of the African soldiers run forward into the clearing, while the other two crouch behind a tree stump to fire their machine guns. This poster was scanned and released by the Imperial War Museum on the IWM Non Commercial Licence. The artwork was created by a commissioned military artist during their active service duties in the First World War.
