English: Bridge at Llandrinio This medieval bridge has anti-tank defences in the form of concrete blocks at both ends. These were installed because it was viewed as a strategic route. Apparently the barn in the south west corner of the bridge (not shown) is actually a disguised pill-box, which would have been manned by the Home Guard.
