W iga n d ia Ca ra ca sana. WTGANDIA CARACA8ANA. An ornamental foliage plant, with deep green leaves, sometimes 18 inches in length : very attractive as a single specimen on the lawn, or in groups. Grows from five to seven feet high. 50c. AKEBIA QTJINATA. A perfectly hardy vine from Japan, with neat, graceful foliage; producing large elus- ers of chocolate-purple colored flowers of a delicious fragrance; unsurpassed for covering trellises or verandas. The foliage is not attacked by insects. 50c. CYCLAMEN PERSICUM. A rare and beautiful, ornamental, greenhouse plant, and unexcelled as a winter bloom- er; flowers of surpassing beauty. 25c. to 50c, VINCA HARRISONIL A new seedling Vinea, of very distinct and novel form. A very strong grower, throw- ing out an abundance of vigorous pink-stained shoots. A strong plant produces thirty to forty strong runners, three to six feet long: with an abundance of light blue star-shaped flowers. Margin of leaves dark green, central portion marbled distinctly light yellowish. One of the most desirable plants for vases and hanging baskets we have ever grown. We think it will stand our winters out doors. 25c. to 50c. each.
