Ball of Snow.—(Boule de Neige.) A finely formed, pure white Rose, occasionally shows light flesh when first opening. Beautiful shell-shaped petals, evenly arranged, flowers of good size. Baroness Rothschild.—Color a rich and lovely shade of pink, de- lightfully perlumed. An ideal Rose in every respect. Countess of Roseberry.—Color satin pink inthe center, deepen- ing to bright crimson on the outer petals. Superb. Captain Christy.—The color is a lovely shade of pale peach, deepening to rosy-crimson. Extra fine. Crown Prince.—A noble Rose. Color a clear red, deepening at centerto ruby-crimson. Comte de Paris.—A Rose of great promise,bright, vivid, Poppy- crimson, large and full. Columbia.—A lovely pure white bedding Rote, of bushy habit. Clara Cochet.- Salmon-rose, deepening to bright cherry red, large and full. A lovely variety. Charles Dickens.—This we regard as a wonderful Rose. Color a rich, glossy carmine, tinged with crimson. Very sweet- Coquette des Alps.—A lovely pure white Rose. Very full and free in flower. Delicious fragrance. Coquette de Blanches.—One of the finest white Hyfcn'd Perpetuals. Flowers large, pure snow-white, very double, full and Ira- grant. A constant bloomer. One of the best. Doctor Hogg.—Deep violet crimson, richly shaded with maroon, shell-shaped petals, full,compact form, very double and de- sirable. Duchess de Caylns.—First-class for general planting. Is strong, hardy and vigorous, and a regular and free bloomer. Extra large flowers, full, perfect form, very fragrant. Color a rich cherry-red, sometimes brilliant crimson, delicately tinged with scarlet. Very fine. Dinsmore.—Dazzling scarlet crimson of the largest size. Very sweet and always in bloom. None better Karl of Dufferin.—Fine velvety-crimson, shaded rich dark ma- roon, very large, lull and sweet. Emperor of Morocco.—This is a grand Rose, matchless in color, Deing a dark velvety-maroon. Empress of India.—This is one of the darkest of Roses. The color is an intense rich velvety crimson. Karl of Beaconsfleld.—A magnificent Rose. Large, very full and fragrant, deep, rosy-crimson, brightening with intense rosy-scarlet. Karl of Pembroke.—Solt, velvety-crimson, petals margined with cardinal-red, large, regular flowers, full and fragrant. Kllse Boelle.—An elegant Rose. Very full and double, and de-' lightfully perfumed. Color a pure ivory-white, sometimes clouded with blush and tinged with amber.

Glory of Cheshnnt.—An elegant Rose A the deepest fiery crimson Gypsy.—Color a delicate shell-pink, of safiny finish and of ma- roon texture. A general f vorite. General Berg-.—A brilliant currant-red, shaded silvery-maroon, of exquisite shape. General Washington.—This magnificent Rose i one of the best for general planting. Color a brilliant crimson. Very tich and beautiful. Flowers large and perfectly double. Giant of Buttles.—This is still held in great favor by all Rose growers us a superb, rich, red Rose. Very large, double and sweet Gloire de Margottin.—Clear dazzling red, the most brilliant of all hardy Roses. Very lragrnnt. Superb. Gloire de Lyonnaise.—A pale shade of chamoise or salmon- yellow, sometimes passing to creamy white, tinted orange and fawn. A grand Rose. Gustave Piganeau.—Color a beautiful shade of bright red and brilliant carmine. This is a charming new Rose. Buds and flowers of the largest size. ner Majesty.—A Rose of immense size. Deep glowing pink in color; by many claimed to be the largest Rose in cultivation. John Hopper.—One of the most re iable and satisfactory Hy brid Perpetuals ever grown. Flowers are larue. very regular and full. Color a brilliant rose, chaneing to a bright, plowing pink, shaded with rich scarlet. Very sweet, and a profuse bloomer. Jeane Liaband.—Fiery crimson, shaded with black, very dark flowers, large, full and very beautifully formed. Jules Margottin. A bright.cherry-n d, large and very double. A general favorite. One of the best Roses. La Relne.—A beautilul,clear, bright Rose, fine, full form, very fragrant. It is well named "The Queen " Lady Emily Peel.—Very sweet, color white, sometimes tinged and shaded with blush. Louis Van Houtte.—A rich crimson, heavily shaded with ma- roon.beautifully formed, double flowers. Leopold Premier.—A dark, rich crimson. A fine, large Rose. Very full and sweet, free bloomer, very beautiful and valua- ble. Lady Helen Stewart.—A bright scarlet-crimson, flowers full and rounded, highly perfumed. Very beautiful. Lady Arthur Hill.—Color a fine silvery rose, double and finely- formed. Extra good. Madame Hasson.—The flowers are large. Color a deep rose or bright red, highly perfumed and free bloomer. Merrill* de Lyon.—The flowers are extra large, of cupped form. Color a pure untinted ivory-white. Madnme Joseph Desbois.—Color a pure snow-white, ol the larg- est size. A most magnificent Rose. M. L. de Vilmoren.—Clear bright red, with shadings of crimson. Marchioness of Lorne.—A rich fulgent Rose, color shaded with vivid crimson. Charming.
