Summary

Description
English: In August 2020 Covid 19 pop-up cycle lanes were created round the inner ring roads of Chichester, West Sussex England. There were claims at the time incidence of covid-19 in the City was relatively quite low, that traffic congestion in and around the city was increased and that few cyclists were using the cycle lanes and many citizens claimed never have seen one used. The image showed one cyclist using the lanes at the end on an apporoxmate 5 minute period.
