Summary

Description
English: A manner-up poster in Kansai, using Kansai dialect. Text reads: “チカンはあかんで。ゼッタイあかんで。”, surrounding a red card reading “RED CARD / みんなで / チカン追放!!” In romanization: “Chikan wa akan de. Zettai akan de. RED CARD Minna de chikan tsuihō.” With kanji, it would read 「痴漢はあかんで。絶対あかんで。RED CARD みんなで痴漢追放。」 Translates to “Groping is out. Absolutely out. RED CARD [Let us] all get rid of groping.” あかん (akan) is Kansai dialect for standard だめ (dame), meaning “bad, no good”.
