Från vänster Sveriges civilförsvarschef generaldirektör Åke Sundelin, Danmarks civilförsvarschef generaldirektör A. Dahl, landshövding Thorwald Bergquist, representanten för Finlands civilförsvar överste L. Gulin, överståthållare Hagander samt Norges civilförsvarschef general A. Tobiesen.
Något av en folkrörelse är det meningen att det ska bli till hösten när hela svenska folket ska göras medvetet om nödvändigheten att skaffa och bära identitetsbrickor. Varje man, kvinna och barn en egen bricka blir parollen, och de som ska engagera sig i verksamheten blir Sveriges civilförsvarsförbund, Röda korset och Rädda barnen. Dessa uppgifter lämnades vid civilförsvarsförbundets årsmöte på onsdagen av dess generalsekreterare kapten Kurt Ek.
