Summary

Description
English: The flag of the municipality of Andøy in the county of Nordland, Norway. Its design is shared with the municipal arms, and evokes a sea wave, as this northernmost municipality of Nordland lies exposed to the great sea and its rough weather. The flag was decided upon by the municipal council 1982‐10‐21, and approved by royal resolution 1983‐01‐07.
