It is inhabited by people of Bhote caste who like to live near the mountains. This place is inhabited by multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, indigenous people. The identities of the folk culture here are: Sorathi dance, Shepanach, Tamang Shelo, Bhotjati's sabu, Limbu's chabrud. The costumes of this place are bizarre. They dance a lot in traditional style costumes at any of their festivals. They make their own musical instruments and the costumes are bizarre. Young people, old people, children and women dance a lot in such dances.
