Villegas, San Jose Bishop Roberto C. Mallari, Tarlac Bishop Florentino F. Cinense and Batanes Bishop Camilo Gregorio; followed by a grand procession, the 49 patron saints of Gapan City’s barangays and sitios; the unveiling of the Golden Jubilee marker and a fireworks display, led by Nueva Ecija Gov.
