Español: Las gorditas de horno forman parte de una tradición muy auténtica en la panadería rural tamaulipeca. Van confeccionadas con sus ingredientes legítimos: masa de nixtamal, manteca de puerco, queso de chiva y piloncillo. Se acostumbra hornearlas en panaderos rústicos de adobe o piedra caliche y se aromatizan con brasas de mezquite.
