Summary

Description

Description: M4 Sherman medium tank in Yad la-Shiryon Museum, Israel. The tank seems to combine a hull of early production M4A4 and an engine of M4A2. Remark: It is possible that it is an ex-Egyptian Army Sherman tank probably captured in 1956. The Egyptian Army re-engined most of its ex-British Sherman Vs with the twin Diesel engines of the M4A2/Sherman III variant.
