Description
English: MegaBACE DNA sequencing instrument modified with frequency tripled, titanium sapphire, tunable laser system for laser induced endogenous fluorescence detection of proteins and peptides during capillary electrophoresis separations. Detection limit of carbonic anhydrase standards upon capillary electrophoresis separation 5 x 10^-9 molar injected. Developed by Molecular Dynamics Advanced Research Team with Dr. David L. Barker.
