  • Cleveland Heights, Ohio (black double-dot and dashed line)
  • Shaker Heights, Ohio (teal double-dot and dashed line)
  • Garfield Heights, Ohio (red dot and dashed line)
  • Village of Newburgh, Ohio (green dashed line; absorbed by the city of Cleveland)
  • Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio (yellow solid line)
  • Brooklyn Heights, Ohio (light purple dotted line)
  • Parma, Ohio (cyan dotted line)
