Summary

Description
English: This is a self taken picture of an Ouchterlony Double Diffusion method. The central well has an antibody. The surrounding wells have decreasing concentration of the corresponding antigen, labelled Neat (1:1), 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16 and 1:32, clockwise from top. It is clear here that the line stops at 1:8, which is taken as the titre value.
