Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_66457_20200423_112129 2.jpg Notes: בניין בן שתי קומות המשמש מלון. הוכרז לשימור יורחב ויוגבה. המבנה הוקם על-ידי עזרא ופנחס קוּקְיָא בתחילת שנות העשרים של המאה ה- 20. לבניין 3 חזיתות מפוארות ובחדר המדרגות יש ציורי קיר עיטורים ועמודים. ב- 1923 העתיק אליו המלונאי ורשבסקי את מלונו וקראו תל-אביב. היורשים שינו את את שמו למלון רון. במרפסתו הכריז מנחם בגין ב- 3 באוגוסט 1948 על פירוק האצquotל. תכנית ההגדלה היא להרוס את פנים הבניין למעט חדר המדרגות שישומר. 2 הקומות המקוריות ישמשו למסחר והיתר יהיו בית מלון. סהכ 8 קומות בגובה של 821 מ39.

Captions

A two-story building used as a hotel. Recognized for preservation, will be raised a several floors. Built by Ezra and Pinchas Kukia in the early 1920s. On the porch announced Menachem Begin on August 3, 1948 the dismantling of the Irgun (Etzel אצ"ל).
