Summary

Description

This is the cover page of the book Espakalpe, published by José Pérez Hervás in 1935. He was the author of both the illustration and the book.

The author included a statement in the book allowing anyone to copy or translate it, not keeping copyright: "Permitida la reproducción total o parcial. No se reservan los derechos de traducción [...] No hay Copyright que valga." Quoted in Villar Silva, 2015, p. 42 (http://e-spacio.uned.es/fez/view/tesisuned:Filologia-Sasilva),

Moreover, there are reasons to believe the work is now in the Public Domain. Even though the exact date when the author died is unknown, it is reasonable to believe that it was more than 80 years ago, during the Spanish Civil War. According to the literature, the last sign of activity dates back to 1939 (http://cilx2018.uvigo.gal/actas/pdf/659422.pdf)
