English: The reactive center loop (RCL) of plasminogen activator inhibitor-2 spans residues 379-383 (olive green). Proteolytic cleavage, as part of the suicide inhibition mechanism, occurs between Arg 380 (colored by element, wire representation) and Thr 381 (colored by element, wire representation).
