Español: Retrato del rey Carlos II de España, de Juan Carreño de Miranda (1614-1685), colección privada. Subastada en Christie's el 28 de enero de 2009. Este retrato guarda relación con el de cuerpo entero y autógrafo de Carlos II pintado por Carreño que se conserva en el Museo de Bellas Artes de Asturias (Oviedo), firmado y fechado en 1671. Otra versión autógrafa, firmada y fechada en 1673, se encuentra en la colección de los Museos Estatales de Berlín. Perteneció a la colección del Infante Don Luis Antonio de Borbón y Farnesio (1727-1785).
English: Portrait of King Charles II of Spain by Juan Carreño de Miranda (1614-1685), oil on canvas, private collection. Auctioned at Christie's on May 2, 2018. The present likeness relates to the full-length, autograph portrait of Charles II by Carreño de Miranda, signed and dated 1671, in the Museo de Bellas Artes de Asturias, Oviedo. Another autograph version, signed and dated 1673, is in the collection of the Staatliche Museen, Berlin. It belonged to the collection of the Infante Don Luis Antonio de Borbón y Farnesio (1727-1785).
