Casper Erichsen is interviewed during this clip and indeed most of the photo stills shown in this segment are also featured in "The angel of death has descended violently among them," African Studies Center, University of Leiden, Netherlands, 2003. Photographs are all circa 1907 or earlier, and thus in the public domain according to the author.
