English: Built in 1893, this Romanesque Revival-style building was constructed for the congregation of Simpson Methodist Church, and later housed the congregation of the Church of God and Saints of Christ. The building features a red brick exterior with a rough-hewn stone base, roman arched stained glass windows, a large rose window over the main entrance bay, a front-gable roof, Queen Anne-style stained glass block windows flanking the main entrance bay, a brick portal with a pediment around the main entrance bay, with decorative brick corbeling and brick pilasters, two-over-two double-hung windows on the side facades of the first floor, double-hung stained glass windows on the side facades of the second floor, and a shed-roof rear addition. The building is a contributing structure in the East Wheeling Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. The building presently houses the Saints Charity of Wheeling Food Distribution Center.
