English: St James's Terrace, Old Tiverton Road, Exeter. An early C19 terrace preserving its attractive iron balconies on this road leading out of Exeter city centre, close to Exeter City football ground. Two of the houses appear in 293635. Cherry & Pevsner identify this as "St James's Terrace", but 293308, a few hundred metres away, also bears the name.
