English: Hatchment in St Mary's Church, Thenford, Northamptonshire, of John Michael Severne (1798-1855) of Thenford House, Northamptonshire and of Wallop House, Shropshire and of Rhos Goch, Montgomeryshire, who in 1825 married Anna Maria Wigley, a daughter and co-heiress of Edmund Meysey Wigley (1758-1821), of Shakenhurst, Worcestershire and Ullesthorpe, Leicestershire (Source: Burke, John,A Genealogical and Heraldic History of the Commoners of Great Britain and Ireland A Genealogical and Heraldic History of the Commoners of Great Britain and Ireland Enjoying Territorial Possessions or High Official Rank; but Uninvested with Heritable Honours, London, 1836, pp.2030-1), MP for Worcester 1789-1802. 1st s. of Rev. Henry Wigley of Pensham, Worcs. by Mary, da. and h. of Edward Ludlam, alderman of Leicester. Edmund Wigley married 24 Sept. 1795, Anna Maria Meysey, daughter and heiress of Charles Watkins Meysey of Shakenhurst, Worcs., 2s. 3da.
