English: A printing on chalk-overlay paper with glue. Perforation: 2.0. Size of the stamp: 33x50 mm. Multicolored.

N 209 - 10 m. A portrait of Muhammed Fizuli, the great Azerbaijan poet. Stamps are printed as a kind of miniature sheet with coupons. There are 8 stamps and 10 coupons in the sheet. There are a text "Fizuli is a great Azerbaijan poet" in Azerbaijan, Arabic, English, German, Russian Languages on the coupons. The stamp sheets have 2 types on arrangement of the coupons. Stamps are in 2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 17 places. Coupons are in 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18 places.
