Description
English: The promenade deck of the U.S. Navy transport USS George Washington (ID-3018) in 1919. The deck was fully enclosed behind glass at the Morse Dry Dock & Repair Company of Brooklyn, New York, for President Woodrow Wilson's voyage to Europe to attend the Paris Peace Conference in 1919.
