English: Reconstruction of Great Moravian flag (vexillum), according to the image shown on a gilt extender of belt from the 9th century. The extender was found in the tomb number 240, situated in habitet Mikulčice-Valy. Gravure seems clumsy but it is the only known image of Graet Moravian flag and the pre-Slovak flag at all. We do not know the true colour but red-purple color is the most probable. That is the reason why the reconstruction is painted by this colour.
