No it doesn't. Per Commons policy on file names, we do not favor one language over the other, and unless the text is hard to read or understand, then we leave it as it was originally uploaded.

In any case, it shouldn't be too hard to understand the text, since the title is literally "Dispersion language Arabic" (in Romance syntax), or "Arabic language dispersion" (in Germanic syntax). For the captions, they are literally "Arabic majority" and "Arabic minority". No need for Anglicization. -
