Morocco took part in Eurovision 1980, so it should be highlighted in yellow too. I don't know how to make the map myself, sorry.

Not yet it doesn't. As there is still uncertainty if Morocco are returning with a new broadcaster or not. So for now, it is best to leave them grey in colour. As we're still to find out on a return announcement from 2MTV.
