The rationale is explained in the image page: The accompanying commentary in an article on the 1979 Nahariya attack would be diminished by the absence of an image identifying the victims of the crime. It is not "decorative".

Furthermore it goes without saying that this image does not have significant commercial or artistic value . Marokwitz (talk) 06:59, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
