This map contains some useful information e.g. hijab is compulsory in Iran but banned in Turkey.

However in general it seems very dubious.

a) It gives no indication of where wearing hijab is prevalent.
b) It seems to have no relation to the accompanying text in the same section.
b) The main source it sites is (i) now 14 years old and (ii) seems more polemical, and anecdotal than definitive (iii) seems to conflate (undoubted) hostility towards muslims with discrimination against people wearing hijab. It is very difficult to establish what degree of media attention actually amounts to discrimination under a NPOV.
c) Vast swathes of the world seem not to be covered. Surely Indonesia the worlds largest Islamic country merits a mention. Pakistan? Malaysia? Yemen?

The more thorough map notated in Arabic, also cited as a source may give added weight (though since I don't speak arabic I'm sorry I'm reduced to searching for correlation between the two maps -- which dont jump out at me).
