Please discuss the matter with User:PraeceptorIP before deleting the image. I am sure a reasonable compromise can be found, perhaps changing the licensing/permission rationale (?)... - I am sorry to have to tell you that Wikipedia does not accept permission for use on Wikipedia only. (On the contrary, granting such permission is in itself a reason for deletion.)
